We had a delay of over 4 hours, we took several very long pauses. Wouldn’t go again with Olongpich.

- Not strict to the time, leaving so late - No waiting room for customers - The bus is not clean - No rest station along the way.

Beds are a bit cramped. The staff could have announced stops and arrivals more clearly.

Poorly organised, no one told us where we were, where we had stopped, why we had stopped - there was a lot of random stopping. Inspector kept turning air con off and we had to constantly ask for it back on. Not the best!

The bus was supposed to be leaving at 745 but delayed.The seat was torn, no curtain.The bus broke down 2 tinesduring the night ,broke down completely in the morning but noone helped to find alternative options.we have to pay more to get another transport

The booking process was easy and the support service of bookmebus replied very quick, friendly and supportive, great! The trip itself was okay, beds very comfy. The driver forgot to fuel up, so we had to wait on a highway for 2h for new fuel :D

ホテルバスを予約し、前半はよく眠れてなかなか快適でしたが明け方いきなりプノンペンでたたき起こされ「チェンジバス」と言われ(もちろん事前になにも聞いてない)全員降ろされ、一時間弱は道端で待たされようやくきたバスはかなりボロくて小さなバスでした。ホテルバスでシアヌークビルまで寝ていけると思ったのにビックリ。時間については出発も到着も一時間かそれ以上は遅れていました。カンボジアなんてそんなものなのでしょうがバスはもう信用できないので二度と利用しないと思います。普通に飛行機にすりゃ良かった。判断ミスでした。

Everything was fine. I'm 185cm tall so the bed was too small for me but I could bend my knees and stick my feet out so it was fine. I slept well the whole way, bear in mind I had a couple of diazepam. But I would recommend this service siem reao-sihanouk
