The wifi didn't work and we didn't have any movie, apart from this, the bus was confortable

I booked a ticket and got a confirmation email. But never received the actual e-ticket. Luckily I was admitted to the bus.

Pick-up was 1 hour earlier then agreed therefore we had no time for breakfast :(

We forgot one our bag on the bus and called after. They promised that we can pick our goods next day and we tried. We vent to the station and they said that they will drop them by our hotel next day, because the goods were not yet came. Never showd since.

Seats are very spacious and comfortable. I felt cozy during my trip. I could say this bus is much better than any mini-van. However it took 5.5 hours to reach Phnom Penh. I will use this company next time.

The bus was very comfortable, clean, a/c worked great, seats reclined, out let's and Wi-Fi worked at all times for me, and we got to Siem Reap in good time.

Everithing was perfect we had a safe and comfort trip to our destination, The staff is friendly and fluent English speaker!

I booked this bus under the pretence that I had an assigned seat. I arrived at the bus which had been swapped for a smaller minivan. I have no qualms with travelling in a minivan except I didn't have my seat. It was too cramped and we were not told this.
