Check-in Time – Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to secure the trips. Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets without refund.

Estimated Travel Duration – Travel duration is estimated based on the ferry operator’s experience and may take longer than expected due to road, weather, immigration, or other delays.
Infant & Child Policy – Infants under 3 years travel free when seated on an adult’s lap. Children aged 4 and above require a paid seat.
Personal Belongings – Passengers are responsible for their belongings; bus operators are not liable for loss or damage.
Prohibited Items – Pets, livestock, weapons, hazardous materials, and strong-smelling food are not allowed."
