Very bad experience. I booked two tickets on 16 of April, two days before I departure, when I arrived at the bus station, there was no ticket for us. I booked and was confirmed our seat is no 7 and 8 but they gave us no 9 only and with extra cotton chair
Dear Bookmebus team, i’d to complain about the VIP Bus that i ride today 18-04-19. Ratanak SAMBATH Express Mondolkiri-Phnom Penh leave at 1pm: The Driver not come on time until 1:40pm Vehicle really old ! Smell really bad !
We left the bus station at least 1.5 hour late with no explanation, at least 2 hours if we include the time to change the tyres. I would not recommend.

Sold our seats eventually got on to find that people were sitting on floor, boxed in, hot as AC insufficient, crowded and dangerous, HORRENDOUS 10 hour journey !!!
During purchase ticket, should have textbox for customer comment. Ur hotline didn't receive my call at 7pm.
Bus departed an hour late, nobody could tell us why.
