I don't think the bus is scheduled for 8pm, many passengers arrived after 8. I think we left around 9. The person on the bus did not recognize my ticket from bookmebus. The bus broke down at around 4.30am and no one even tried to inform me.

When we arrived there was no bus. We had to wait 7 hours until the 1pm bus. This bus was late. The windscreen was cracked, the seats were uncomfortable and the driver drove dangerously. We are used to bus travel here and this was the worst journey yet.

I suggest this transportation. The bus was clean, air conditioned and driver very efficient!!

We had 4 hours of delay on the way to Rhatanakiri and were very tied in the bus even though I booked the places in advance. We paid online and they try to make us pay again, we had a very hard time explaining we paid already. Wouldn't recommend it!!
