The bus was 3 hrs late than the time mentioned on the bookmebus website.

We booked tickets online for the 7am bus and when we arrived we were given our tickets at the counter and then went to get on the bus but was told it was full. We ended up having to wait for the 830 bus. It was also advertised as a 4 hour trip, but took 6

On the homepage it said the journey will take around 4.5h, but it took 7h, so I missed the last ferry in Sihanoukvile (to Koh Rong) which was really inconvenient. Driver and bus were ok though.

Almost 3 hours delay. No explanations. Start from Phnom Penh one hour behind schedule. Unfriendly driver from P. Penh to Kep. No help finding & unloading suitcase from the underneath storage at Kep. Poor performance compared to other bus companies.

We arrived 2 hours late in Kratie and were never informed about what happened.

The ride was close to 12 hours. The bus stopped almost every hour to pick up and drop off passengers. The driver does not speak English and could not answer questions on what's going on. Unfriendly stuff!

Took over 8 hours not 6- didn’t get to Phnom Penh until 7pm (it was meant to be 4.45) stopped evey 5 mins to let locals on and off - no exaggeration must of made over 30 stops! Old bus, no toilet or WiFi!- only good thing was price!
