They made me wait 30 min to print my ticket, then they told me I can’t get in the bus because it was full. Horrible service. Never traveling this company again.

They overbooked

No reservation even though I paid and show the confirmation email to the bus company , the bus was full and I could not get in

The lateness of the bus was due to the very busy roads as we were traveling on the first day of water festival. The air conditioning wasn't working, the outlet's above our head were broken so our journey was unpleasantly hot.

No WiFi

Bus arrived at destination 2-hours later than expected otherwise was ok. Journey itself was comfortable although someone managed to sneak on board animal some how. Noticed this once I realised I could smell urine on the bus.

When I go to check in they don't know my booking while I have saw them report from bookme bus, they need more information to verify. About bookme Bus app I have paid already with aba mobile app success, but dialog payment running time count not close

Bus arrived at least 30 min late at the starting point. We lost one more hour on the way, even if the driving seemed regular. We made it in 4h, while it had taken me 2:15 the other way round. Killer AC + inspector watched action movie much too loudly!!!
