Driver spoke good English.We had included our destination address into the additional info in the order, but it was not received by the driver. We had to instruct the very last turn to the hotel (based on what maps.google.com claimed). Good service anyway

Expensive compared to the bus but saved us an extra day of travelling. The whole journey was only about 6 1/4 hours compared to around 11 by bus. Worth it! And so much more comfortable.

Great online booking - used twice when touring Cambodia. Very easy to book a driver within a day's notice. To make the overall experience 5 star include a field for the destination address as drivers don't speak English so the can get the address from you
