The support via whatsapp and phone is good. We had some issue as the driver hold a sign with an other person name so we were unable to find the driver. Luckily, the support via whatsapp is responsive and we finally manage to find the driver.

The roads from Kep to Sihanoukville was awful . Our driver was great but be warned the roads are in an awful condition. The longest car ride ever , st times we couldn’t see anything in front of us due to the dust. But comfortable car and friendly driver
