Driver could not easily find our destination on the map. I had to direct him from my own device

Good service, the driver doesn't speak english, but we understood each other.

I booked by email. After receiving ticket we found flight was delayed two hours so I emailed pick up time change from 4.45 to 7.10pm. Noone met us. A man rang the number and we were finally met at 8.10pm. The change of time had not been passed on.

Driver was a nice guy but had limited English so was a little hard to communicate sometimes. The car was nice and clean. A good comfortable ride overall.
