Way too many stops, dropping small parcels, waiting for people to turn up Never going to make the 3 hours they promised

I selected a seat and booked early, I will not book a ride unless I am in the front seat, I was forced to move into the rear of the vehicle because someone without seat number 1 demanded to sit in the front, Bus company said you labelled seat number wrong

Bus was confortable. Driver was very fast. Feeling un confortable from time to time.

Very clean sleeper bus. As some one who is tall this is probably the best sleeper I've been on and I used this company because of how excellent the mini van journey was from Siem Reap to Battambang. Other companies have been cramped crowded and dirty.

We have booked our tickets with Van,10 seats but we have traveled with mini bus , it was not responding to our reservation tickets.

The car is old and air conditioning is not working
