Five star to all of them. The bus is so comfy. Theres free snacks,water and coffee. All the staff can speak very good English, they are very helpful and friendly.

Air con on bus was not strong enough. way too hot and uncomfortable. Lots of mosquitoes inside also.

Everything was good except for the fact that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the car.
