The bus driver was stop every 10-15 mins to pick up people & drop off people n of course we end up arrived late! I never experienced this with other companies.well they may pick up or drop off people a few time on the road but this bus stop like 20 times!

Driver is reckless, drive very fast and mindlessly trying to pass other cars. I almost see heaven

Many stoped with very noisy door disturbing the sleep. The booked seat was replaced with a short in length about 170cm and a narrow wide about 50cm made it difficult to move. There was only one choice during booking on BookMeBus App, pls makes more option

The bus didn't drive. Information came too late. (only in the evening at 9:30 p.m.) Couldn't reschedule. Hotel got another bus. Request a refund of the fare. I also informed the bus company immediately.

The drop off point is 2.5 km from where it should be according to information on your website which says it is in town centre. One of the drivers was rude and unhelpful when I asked him why different drop off point

The bus station from within the email was completely wrong (wrong link to wrong coordinates). The booked bus didnt leave at all which no one from your company bothered to let us know. Luckily we could use the next bus, 4 hours later.
