Traveler reviews for Vireak Buntham Express

It was not clear at booking that I would be sharing a twin size bed with a stranger. I would have booked 2 seats or flown had I known. Also, we stopped for a bathroom break at a Virak station and it was filthy. I would rather stop at a clean gas station

Quite a few stops along the way, but still got there in decent time :)

The bus was super late. We left Phnom Penh an hour late and arrived two hours later then planned. The people at the bus station didn't give us any information about when our bus would leave. Very bad custumerservice. Positively, the seats were great

The car is very old.

Comfortable bus however was late leaving the station and did not ensure passengers left at their appropriate stop

what happen to my parents today morning was sad and it was worst service by your bus company,i told the staff very clearly 3-4 times that my parents dont speak English andplease make sure with driver they get down in siem reap.but at the end they go poipt

they can't find my name on the booking list but they give me a ride. The mini bus late in 1h , boarding time is 5pm

I informed drop off point Kampong Siem Tela gas station to driver The staff is amazing she arranged my sheet to easily got off and told the driver. But driver forgot the point and he didn't say apologize me, of course I paid tuktuk fee myself.
