Excellent and comfortable. Staff at Siem Reap were very efficient unlike Phnom Penh. The punctuality was what I appreciated the most. Thank you for a comfortable trip

Trip started 1 hour late. Vehicle was very uncomfortable. Driver made pick up and drop off stops about 6 times which delayed our trip by a further one hour. The Manager and staff at the pick up point are people that I don't want to deal with again.
