The boat was 45 minutes late. It did not have life jackets as far as I can tell. They overbooked the number seats and there were people sitting in the isle which seemed very unsafe. Like many things in Cambodia, this company is not professional. Stay away

Return ferry was about 45 minutes late, but I’ve learned to expect and plan for that.
