Do not use this company, Buva Sea!! Had to wait for 2 hours past the departure time. Ruined the whole day!!

Buva Sea wouldn't accept my e-ticket despite their own ticket office checking us in with it. Said I paid for a ticket in the "opposite direction" and insisted I pay cash directly to the ticket inspector or miss the ferry. Bookmebus have been great though.

if there are several stops, the Passenger should be asked, where they get out. The ferry has 2 luggage cabins. So it is more quicker to handle it by the stops. Disabled People need a plank/board or stairs to get off. Pls stop at stairs at peer.

Our boat departed 2 hours late. When we inquired about departure time, we were told first that there was a storm, then that there was a big whale. Turns out the water was rough, and there were certainly safety concerns, but we should have been informed.

I am very angry because they told me to pay 5$ more! So I paid 22$ to you and 5$ to Buva office. They said that it was because I was going to a special stop. May be but the price to this stop was 25$ and I paid finaly 27$. It's a beggar!!!

Boat arrived late when we were leaving for Koh Rong. It left 40 mins after our scheduled departure time. It was 15 mins late when we left the island. They ran out of seats and some had to sit on the ground. Would not recommend
