Ferry ok-no complains. Really annoying that the ticket just said "22$ tickets round trip,12$ tickets one way" in terms and conditions.It wasn't written anywhere what we paid!We could no convince the stuff that we paid the 22$ fare!Buva or bookmebus fault?

The only boat starting early (6:45am) from Koh Rong Samloam to Sihanoukville and thus allowing an onward bus getting into Phnom Penh at a reasonable time in the afternoon. Good fast boat with lifejackets available for all.

Driver keeps stopping at commission based restaurants and travel agencies.

We took boat 5 pm because the nightbus was late,on site it was written 3 pm boat but didn t exist so we had to wait,always double check

Got a hotel pick up last min which was nice. The driver gave no instructions on what to do once we go to the pier. We left late. We got back late. The ticket guy was upset that my ticket got wet on accident and tried to threatened me into buying a new one

Both 30 min trips ended up taking two whole hours (the boat either departed an hour and a half later, or had multiple stops along the way). On the return trip they sent a very small boat, and half the passengers couldn't get in and had to way 2 more hours

arrived almost 3 hours late, packed boat, not enought lifevests

Poor organisation. No time management. Confusing communication. Insist on keeping us all squeezed in small office with poor ventilation. Then shift us to another pier. You never know what's going on. Boat is ok. Enjoy

Very easy ferry, and they even waited for me since my van had arrived late! We left five minutes late (because of me) and arrived on time!
