Had a very good driver. I was late and he kept on top of things, and gave me info ahead of time to spot him. No issues whatsoever. Also saved me time and had a good chat

The ferry terminal is chaos. No one seems to know anything but somehow, it all works out in the end. The Buva people are in blue and yellow T Shirts, so if you've booked with them, ASK them!

Horrible customer service.

Extremely Poor customer service from the buva sea staff member at bus station in Sihanoukville. Late departure from Sihanoukville and Koh Rong Sanloem. Incredibly rough journey back to the mainland. Sea wasn't choppy.

Had to catch a flight and the schedule bookmebus gave me was INCORRECT! If you have to catch a flight, best you book directly from the ferry companies at the docks. There are many sailings back and forth, with different companies.

The ferry company was very disorganized. Total confusion at the pier. Full of tourist confused as to which boat to take. Very little help and they where 1/2 hour late to leave the dock. The large ferry was safe as it sailed across the water.
