There was no VIP van in Poipet. All immigration and bus operators said they do not operate out of Poipet. I asked for the address and you all were unable to provide one. I want a full refund as I had to purchase a new ticket home

Buying ticket through online always given last seat due to inspector has selling our to others . Reason received is they don't know .

Our driver was excellent. He got us to our destination quickly and we felt very safe with is expert driving and knowledge of the roads. He was very friendly, always smiling and we liked his choice of music!

Bus left on time with all seats taken. Driver was good and safe. The staff in the Battambang Office went out of their way to assist me to get a tuk tuk to my hotel. Very happy with the service.

The most terrible bus ride EVER! The driver was an idiot, speeding on narrow unsafe roads. We crashed into a motorbike carrying two teenagers and he disappeared! After 2hrs the replacement arrived who was no better. We nearly crashed again 3 more times.

The bus left and arrived as scheduled. In between 2 small stops, one for lunch. Bus was clean and a bottle of water was provided.
