Staff is not friendly, punctual is bad it took time to wait for transferring to other van and last time when I sent my moto to my homeland is other bad experience. I hope you will review/verify your service again this is just a feedback. Thank you

driver drive so fast. not comfortable

It is safe , clean and comfortable. The staff on board won't help much if you don't understand local language. One of the guy even acted annoyed by my questions. As I did not know which station it was when the bus stopped.
