The bus company couldn't find my reservation because the departure time was strange. But the bus company was very kind and this is a mistake of the bookmebus. I was very angry and upset. I want the proper action of the Bookmebus.

This was a really great option for those wanting to maximize day in Siem Reap.You can have dinner and still make the trip. We were surprised that it was a real lying down option and had an outlet for charging devices. Seats for 2 is 1 bigger bed.

Not punctual: the bus left late. Says direct but we stopped several times. When we reached our destination, they did not wake me. I woke up when we were 35km past the destination. The driver stopped and I had to take tuk tuk back.

Good - the bus departed in time and there was enough space. Bad - Although it is good the bus has A/C, it was not possible to turn it down and we were frozen the whole trip. Bus driver was noisy (singing, talking) and A/C water was dropping on our seat.

The bus was 1.5 hours late. I missed my boat connection because of your incompetence. It as complete rubbish .

Claimed to be 5:30-8:30 bus. Was actually 5:15-10:25 bus.

Our bus trip took 6 hours and it was not only because of the traffic, a lot of stops as well
