Very disappointed the driver could find the location that was on the ticket and when we called the number for your company that was displayed on the ticket no one answered the phone. We tried calling multiple times. Never again will we use this service

Airco broken way to long standing still. Claustrofobic and very hot een standing stil. Not al the Windows could open. No lifehammer in case of emergency

Bus left late, aircon was broken, then arrived one hour late to destination. Definitely not the best experience.

Not a direct bus as advertised; drove by Kampot and used 6.5 hours instead of the advertised 4 to PP. Aircon not working.

Got on the van to phnom penh, already seated, I got told that I have to get off and wait for another van, I waited then got told I'm going with a van going to kampot first, I was supposed to arrive at 6pm I only got to phnom penh after 8pm.

We booked ticket for 3 PM. But the car started at 6.15PM. The driver was almost sleeping after 8.30 PM. I was so scared about accident.

Bus was meant to leave at 12:45 and ended up leaving at 15:45 (clearly we weren’t important enough to leave on time) driver was frankly dangerous. Seats double booked, every element of the service was terrible. Do not use this company whatever happens!!!
