They overbooked our bus so we weren't allowed on (despite checking in 45 minutes early). We had to wait 2 hours for the next one. The A/C broke so it was awful. We were lied to constantly (don't trust a word they say). Please avoid this company.

We were angry because our 7.30 Bus don’t Leave the town because we (2 people) were the only one who Booked... so we have to wait for the next... a very unfriendly Person told me about sending an E-Mail about this case... i didnt got an E-Mail !!!!

Notre bus avait 1:30 de retard, pas cool!

i been told its gonna take 4-5 hrs but it was 7, noone mentioned stop in kampot where people change,overal not very good service 👎👎

The driver was polite but he was driving so fast even if the road's speed limit is 40-60-80, he was steady driving on speed of 110-120. We were often on the opposing lane. I was stressed the whole trip as we could bump into other's cars or big trucks.

A lot of wait (1h30 late) before the departure without explanation.

Trip of 4 hour took 8. We where placed in a bus with people who had a start time a hour later. And instead of driving straight we stopped at other places. The only thing CTT said when confronted: "I don't care, Go away" Rudest and worst company.

Bus did not show up for some vague reason, it probably got merged with a later one which was cramped. We departed 2,5 hours later with no explanation whatsoever. This was the actual definition of a company not taking their stuff seriously. Don’t do this!
