Everything was fine except that the driver was on the phone for most the time which is very unsafe for us.

The bus is very old. The door would not even lock and close properly. There are seat belts. The punctuality is there. OK ride, nothing special. The van does not look as nice in reality as in photos.

There was no air con or fans. The seats are very cramped and the passengers' luggage is put into every available gap meaning you have no leg room. The bus arrived and left on time.
