Overall one of the better experiences I've had with buses in Cambodia. On both trips we were less than 30 minutes late arriving which I'd say is a win. The roads sucked, but obviously the buses can't do anything about that.

Seat was too narrow

Took the same vehicle to return to Kopmpt, unfortunately which had the A/C problem unresolved. And yet it was still running for a following shift to Phnom Penh with that problem.

Everything was okay but only too warm to be comfortable in the mini bus

Ignore my first post. That was for a different service.

Came with a water bottle. Driver was good.

There was a software glitch on the program so two people were booked for the same seat. Luckily, there was an empty seat available but that could have been a huge problem if the vehicle was full. Driver would not let us turn the AC up. He said it's loud.
