Driver drove at break neck speed everywhere, not slowing on corners and overtaking everything in his path without hesitation. Not sure if this may be because it’s sold as a 3 hour transfer which clearly isn’t possible as it took 4.5 hours to arrive.

The driver was excellent and the staff courteous. Ran about an hour longer than projected, but this due to one of the worst highways in the country, although it is under construction, it's still a long way from being completed. Anticipate delays.

Little recklessly driving on not paved roads

The ride was all fun - speed, bumps, horning. All safe and on time.

The receptionist in the office was very professional and apologetic that the van was late and did let us know what was going on. Although it was no fault of the driver, the van was very late. I didn’t check the exact time but it was at least 40 mins late.

I waited for 2 hours to get my ticket and I did not get one so I booked a bus from my hostel. I lost 8 dollars becouse of you and I'm going to tell everyone that your service is a scam. I also contacted your customer service chat and they did not help

One bum per seat! So I was about that. I recommend the 7.30am bus as you get out of the city before peak hour, which saves around 30 minutes. Get on the bus first so you can nab one of the single seats.
