Bus is old. Dirty inside. Half of the bus filled up with commercial goods, even they put cartons at the bottom of all seats. handles of the seats were broken. This was my worst travel experience. However, they were on time. But I won’t recommend this.

Horrible. Do not use this bus. The staff was extremely rude and refused to help non vietnamese customers. Our seats were changed numerous times. They made us sit in the back by luggage so we couldnt even recline our seats. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Bus said it was 6 hours, took 8. Also advertised as with WiFi but didn’t have any. At the border crossing a helpful guy not with the company sorted out me getting through but otherwise I would’ve been stuck. Pay more and use a better company.

The bus driver/helper dropped me at the Cambodian border and then the bus left. So I was not informed that the luggage should be removed from the bus and mine was lost. Big thanks to the staff in HCMC, who recovered it! Without them I would give 1 star...

The driver was driving like the bus was stolen, a very unpleasant yrip. This driver should never be alowedto drive a bus anymore, ever!! There were no information given. Not even at the border

Seats were good, but no storage space. Had to hold everything in our laps. Limited footroom. When driver took passenger passports, didn't explain the border process. Had no idea what was happening. Not cool. It was relatively on time??

My laptop was stolen on this bus ride. I need a report from the company, but no one is replying to me. Can Khai Nam please contact me as soon as possible.
