At the border the staff of the bus refused to give us our passports and let us go through immigration on our own. We kept asking when we would get our passports back, this is highly suspicious. We will not travel with you again because of this.

Perfect, as usual. Passengers were 80% locals. But service is very international (clean bus, aircon working fine, great driver, regular pee / food breaks).

I'll never use Khai Nam again! We were left at border 'cause "we took too long" but it was Khai Nams staffs fault 'cause they didn't have our visas with our passports! Wasnt OUR fault! We were literally only 5 mins longer than everyone else! Staff so rude

Well it is was good, the driver gets your passports and everything. And when in Ho chi Minh, if you let them know they might drop you to your or close to your hotel.

Khai Nam has the first bus to depart in the morning - their service is fine. Seats not quite so spacious as Kumho, but tickets at $9 are cheaper.

Old bus, broken aircon, driver honking the whole ride, bad stop restaurant, drive was more than 7 instead of 6h, etc
