The driver stopped a lot on this “express, VIP 4.5 hour journey”, even stopping at a car wash to clean his van (!) enroute and thereby hitting rush hour in phnom penh. He didn’t care, obviously, that it was a 7-hour trip. They could stop pretending

Driver put 2 times our lifes in danger Start with 1 hour delay. Said on your website travel duration 4h30 , it took 7 hours. In place to arrive around 4pm it was 7pm No place for the luggage.... Will never travel with that company.

Bus left an hour late. The staff were rude and not helpful. The ride took 10 hours instead of the 7 hours as posted.

The bus never came. The company told us the 3.30pm service we booked didn't exist and the bus had departed at 2.30pm. I had to your office twice to have clarification on what do to do and in the end you couldn't even offer me another bus option.

Rude driver

Good bus and driver, but not the real drop off point...

Arrival was 45 min earlier of expected time. Temperature inside was ok. Overall good service.

Too hot inside the van. There is no space for legs. It was supposed to be a 5h trip and finally it took 6h. People was too loud and noisy. Horrible.

William Justin Beacham did not book the tickets so I'm not sure why He would be the one addressed to MY email.
