I don't care so much, but as a fact, the arrival delayed 3 hours because of several stoppings and vehicle malfunction. Need considerable effort for service improvement.

Our booking was no prepared instead of doing it a few months ago. We booked a vip van and finally we had to pick up a bus. So we are not happy with the change and the information that we didn't have.

Very impolite driver and un-organized company. The van is old and seat are narrow, the aircon is hot!!! They add chairs in the car and stop everywhere he wanted too. Bad company, never try.

The Bus was 45 minutes to late to pick me up. More people in the Bus then seats. Lunch stop Charge you tourist price and beggers came to me at every stop. 2 hrs more than said on the booking. Had the seat at the door and woke up when someone need to goout

Terrible service. When I phoned to confirm my bus collection time the previous evening, staff were unable to retrieve my booking despite me providing booking reference. Online help also failed. Had to rebook with different company in the end.
