They try to cheat you of your money (especially if you're not Cambodian or Vietnamese) with pressure and bullying tactics.

The bus was clean and not very full. We booked 2 top level seats/ beds to get the view. Driver and inspector were not too friendly and couldn’t speak much English. They helped with the border formality. Driver constantly beeped the horn

Very fine service, clean, comfortable and reliable. They provide water bottles and also took care of immigration formalities at border control. Totally worth it 👏
