I made a reservation using the app, but it was not copied to the reservation table due to the company's mistake. Even though it was his own mixte, the person in charge yelled at me without even confirming it. I don't even apologize. very unpleasant

Departed and arrived on time. Good driver and competent inspector. I'll travel with them again.

Really perfect! Kumho Samco is an excellent bus company. Safe. Comfy bus and super friendly staff. They dealt super well with our passport's at the border. I only travel with them. And a big Thanks to Bookmebus for the good job!

Wi-Fi was not working, the rest was good

They ask for extra 10$ for my luggage.

Pserson in charge of the bus was so rude. I can understand not everyone can speak English but he always yelling, no explanation why our seat number changed. We didn’t feel comfortable when we talk with staff in the bus.

It was a good trip. The driver was very nice to us.

I didn’t quite understand why the take 10 dollars for the child.
