Bookmebus customer service was poor

This bus is better before, now there is something they need to improve in terms of on time departure. We are delayed for 30 days as per expected with the departure time.

This time for using your service, it is not good, not punctuality and I am waiting for long time and on the way still pick up the passenger. I think all passengers should arrived at your station, no need to pick up them on the way.

I ride this company most of the time but somehow this time therr are in time of departure. Overall the ride is safe and sound to the destination.
