You cheated me out of $12. I booked a round trip ticket on line to find out I had no return ticket from PP to HCMZc so I had to buy another ticket. No response from your customer service. Horrible service! Don’t book on line!

I think your customer service is terrible. I’ve tried to contact you on 4 separate occasions. No excuses for terrible customer service. I had a problem with no resolve. Pass the buck doesn’t cut it. Your response is horrible!
