Around trip both delay for arrival.

Passengers should be warned of the massive road works between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.The journey was scheduled 8.30 - 12.30 we got in at 4.30 pm dreadful service I missed 2 very important meetings overnight end and left on the 19 th by taxi

Perfect service

The trip overall was okay. The van arrived on time and we passed through the Cambodia-Vietnam border without any problem. The driver though did not know how to communicate even in basic English thus we ended up not eating dinner during the stopover.

Pick up at hotel on time, departure late due to a delayed tourist, brought us to the agency where we had to buy ferry tickets. friendly and good driver. over all very good service!

The lady inspector assigned to us was very snobby. When she took our passports to the immigration of Vietnam, she did not inform us properly what to do while waiting for her leaving us clueless. The arrival time took longer than expected.

Congratulations to the driver for his driving skils due to the bad road before Kampot.

After booking, I found that I had a mistake, wrong direction. It should be PP-HCM, not HCM-PP. I tried to contact both terminal ends to correct, and even two mail back. However, no solution.
