The air-con is so hot. May drop along the way back to Phnom Penh

Siem Reap to Battambang was a large bus.. Staff were organised, bus left on time.No water or snack provided. Stopped for 30 min break at nice rest stop and arrived 15 min later than expected arrival time. Was pleased with overall experience.

The bus was comfortable and it was nice being given cold water when we boarded. We were making our way to Siem Reap to catch a flight however and we were very irritated when an unplanned stop was made for the driver to have lunch. 30 minute delay!

Always appreciate the Mekong Express service everytime I go to BKK; however, just one small comment, there are not much choice of timetable to select during this route.

it was good, but car horn was so noisy that I can not sleep.

The ride was fine, picking up strangers off the side of the road was not the safest idea. The worst part was the border where we had to give the attendant all of our passports and then wait. People behind us got through faster it was not organized at all

The aircon not cooling, is hot. Long distance from Cambodia to Vietnam feel uncomfortable.

The aircon not function well, very hot from taking the minivan from Vietnam to Cambodia. Need to be improvement.
