We were not satisfied with your service. It took us 7 hours to go to Sihanoukville instead of 4, we had an incident on the road and our driver was not speaking a word of English. It is the 2nd time I have a bad experience and would not recommend it!

I have used Mekong Express many many times... Sometimes its a good experience sometimes not so good. The bus on this particar occasion was late arriving in Sihanoukville, consequently we were late leaving... However, the driver was apologetic so all good

there was too much time we had to spend in the traffic jam.

Everything was ok. The buscompany picked us up at our hotel. We depart about on time. We only arrive 1 hour later than scheduled... Before departure they provide us with a bottle of water. We had one busstop of 20 minutes, which I think is enough

The bus left on time and was comfortable. It made 1 break after 3 hours driving. Due to roadworks between Battambang and Siem Reap, the bus arrived 1 hour late, which was not a problem for me.

Great service. Most comfortable way to travel in Cambodia.
