The pick-up was at the hotel, but obviously it meant that it had to go to 5+ other hotels for other guests and that delayed the actual departure by a half hour. Bus was a bigger bus, quite old and not too comfortable. Free water bottle was provided!

no wifi in bus instead of 4 hours, was more then 5.5 hour (and no rush hour in p penh)

The trip was good and uneventful. The back 4 seats in the vans are too small for most adults. That is not Mekong Express' fault. I will remember to not order those seats again. The four of us sitting in those seats were quite uncomfortable. Thank you.

It was way too cold in the bus. Bus ride took 8 hours instead of 6.

The AC wasn't working, the bus was not confortable (old towels on the seat to make them look confortable), no place for legs (i'm 5,1 feet tall....), WC were not clean and very smelly. DON'T RECOMMEND

Bus was 2 hours late to destination
