Safety Belt not working 2a and 3b

The trip took about 2h more than planned, mainly because of the heavy traffic, but everything else was fine.

They changed the bus fit for other bigger and older, changed the seat I booked, the bus broke for hours on the sun with out windows or aircon, and the door was blocked so we had to dismount the tinny window of the driver to get out and survive. The worst!

S to PP: one flat tire, one engine broke down, 1h delay In PP : 1h30 delay as we were waiting for a passenger coming from another bus that had issued PP to BTB : second flat tire In the end we arrived at 10h30 pm instead or 7pm.

Wifi only worked in Vietnam. When we arrived Cambodia, it can't be used anymore. The seat is too small and there is no bench divider. If you seat next to stranger then you have no privacy.

It got very warm on the bus especially when caught in Phnom Phen traffic and the air on barely working

I was not given any information about the border crossing. The inspector asked for my passport and when I asked why she didn't answer. After that they left me aside to wait for processing and then threatened to leave without me. All that for 2$ of bribe..

Bus had a flate tire. It is vetter that the driver inform the passangers about this.
