Slept all the way... although I thought it would take 6h instead of 7.

A perfect trip

Bus departed 20 minutes late. Arrived 50 minutes late. Seats very small. Aircon vents were broken, and very weak in general.

The whole process - buying tickets online, getting picked up at the hotel, and the trip itself was easy and pleasant!

Dangerous driving, persistent use of phone whilst driving, breaking speed limit, only took breaks to suit him

Bus was delayed half an hour , then drove for 20 minutes to another part of the city to be put on another bus, so didn’t start going out of the city until an hour later. Driver also took a really long lunch break at stop.

Bus was a bit old and seats quite small snd close to the one in front and a bit hard. Driver was good. Didn't take unnecessary risks. Timing was ok until we arrived at Siem Reap and the automatic door would not open. They had to take the door off .

We did not take the four hours that he put on the web, but almost six. We chose Mekong express because we thought it was fast

I booked 1h before departure during chinease new year in HCMC. Everything worked well at the boarder. I will book again
