Great ride. Very ponctual. Recommend strongly passenger to sit in front ... better air conditioning.

The bus is incredibly old. Sometimes I thought the bus would not arrive in PP, since it seemed to have problems to keep on going. I am from Brazil, and in my country, authorities certainly would have prevented that bus from moving.

The address at destination was different than stated in the confirmation email.

Good service despite exagerated pictues on ads. Carefull though, the road for this trip (Phnom Pehn ==> Kaampot) was excessively bad... the trip then quite difficult.

Very poor service. Air-conditioner was broken and the rear seat was extremely hot. I almost got sick. There was no traffic jam but it took more than 7 hour. I can’t trust the timetable anymore. I don’t reccomend Mekong to my friend.

We booked our seats in a smaller bus, but i guess due to high demand, the bus was upgraded and we got different seats. But, in the end, the seats were fine and we had enough space for our legs (we're Europe folks).

We chose the VIP van and the company website says 4 hours. The reality is it took 6.5 hrs. There is no WiFi. Air condition is not that good. The seat is not very comfortable either. The van looks old. Not VIP

On a fait 2 arrêts en même pas 1h et du coup on est arrivés également avec 1h30 de retard
