The staff are highly commendable for their friendliness and courtesy. They were able to provide updates multiple times along the way. James, the staff on our border crossing from Cambodia to Vietnam, was very helpful in processing our papers.

Driver drove safely. Minibus dod not have much leg room. Good rest stop. Booking worked well.

About 10 mins after our scheduled rest stop our driver stopped again and got into a fight with another man on the street. There was physical fighting and yelling. Driver had to be restrained & separated by others. It was most upsetting. Bus 15mins late.

Ok, booking and check in very easy. Bus not very modern, assistant very nice and good English.

as usual the Vietnamese border slow not Mekong fault ,so arrive at riverside at 5pm other than the Border confusion evry thing ok have used Mekong for the last 6yrs

Was great - just took an extra hour due to NewYear weekend traffic, not Mekong’s fault naturally. I use their service every time because they’re the best & most reliable
