Our driver was on his phone and speeding, which resulted in a bus crash in the evening. 2 people in the other car died, and we have yet to be compensated or reached out to by Mekong Express regarding the terrible crash that we endured. It was terrible.

What a horrible experience I have never been so sick in my life I fill 2 bags of vomit NEVER again!!!!!

I really liked that you could change my ticket at no extra charge when I realised I booked the bus for the wrong day.

We were part of the bus collision that happened Oct 14, 2018..We were seating on the 2nd row and I felt the impact. As per the people seating on the first row the driver was usinv his phone while driving. It was a very traumatic experience. Never again.

Toilet in Siem-Reap is available even doesnt facilitated, why bus driver stop to buy something in Petro station nearby Phnom-penh riverside 15 mins (no information announced) Phnom-penh office toilets is available but Wifi is not quited good signal.
