Everything was ok. I've forgotten my glasses on the bus and got them back thanks to the Inspector, who was generally very supportive. I hope my other ride to SR goes as smooth.

Female conductor on board bus 3E-2041 spoke little English. Microphone was on echo mode, thus inaudible. Air conditioning far too cold, nothing done when mentioned. Extra $5 demanded at the border in addition to $30 visa, she threatened to remove our bags

Old VAN but still acceptable.

We booked well in advance, confirmed bus with confirmed seats in 1A & 1B, however bus was apparently broken-lack of passengers? I work in Tourism industry in Canada. Seats not applicable, back of van with others, uncomfortable. Believe others paid less.
