The overall experience was okay. I asked the Inspector to drop us off somewhere then she agreed but she never dropped us off the requested point.

The journey was fine. The border was confusing but it happened. You should warn people as they get off the bus about the motorbike taxis waiting there to scam them. Someone drove me round then tried to charge 500,000vnd. Help keep your customers safe.

Great trip Batambang to Phnom Penh 7:30am Sunday. Staff at Battambang were dissapointing very offhand. No drinks etc. Time 5:28. best time for the trip which varies from 5:28 to 6:45 in my experience (8 trips over last 3 mo ths)

The bus is not comfortable and we were scammed by the tour guide.

An old bus with semi ok Aircon. No real place to put the bags (stacked on top of seats in the front row. We booked seats A1 and A2 but the bags were stored there.

Good driver, quite on time, long trip but it went quite fast. Van didn’t have WiFi and seats were confortable but not too much space for legs for tall people.
