Started with a delay of 1 hour with no AC in waiting area.. No wifi... Ac very weak no cooling... Reached destination after delay of more than 2 hours... Only the lady was good to listen but could not do anything for AC and wifi ...and the delay....
The bus departing from Phnom Penh was 1 hour late, which as a result arrived HCMC at past 10pm i/o the estimated arrival time of 8:30pm. If not for our flight being delayed for nearly 2 hours, we would have missed our flight back home. Not satisfied.
Good trip. Safe driver. Comfortable. Has wifi and seats recline. Was 1hour late due to wet season. We always choose mekong express when travelling in cambodia as is always safe and reliable
Wasn't the best bus I've been on, wasn't the worst. Left slightly later than planned, your spine will feel every pothole...
Bus seems old. Pick up is not punctual. Waited very long.
The driver talked over the phone throughout the journey. This is risky. Wouldn't recommend Mekong express to anyone.
