Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

Driver didnt speak any english. He didnt inform at the stops how long we stay and what we do. We arrived 1 hour later then planned. Bags were not checked upon arrival.

Took 4 hours, but well worth $6. Seats were comfy and the aircon worked so what more could you need!

Nice minivan, good service. I actually arrived two hours earlier to the station and they rebooked me to an earlier van (which wasn't shown on bookmebus). Would Recommend this company.

The ride was good. The border was hostile and stressful. Bribing. Not paying extra fee and being treated badly. I felt scared and stressed and afraid of Cambodia. If you want tourists to come, please treat us well and we will come back.

Attendant was rude when we wanted to self process our visas. Bus took on extra random passengers during the journey. Bus did not stop at Mekong Express office like the email ticket said, it only went to the bus station so we had to pay extra for a tuk tuk

It was quite hot in the car. Maybe because i sat next to the window and it was very sunny

1. I made notes in your APP with my hotel name and my phone nubmer as well as hotel reception number, why pick-up service not call me ? 2. When I went to Mekong Bus SR station, they told me 8:30AM no bus to Phnom Penh 3. Finally they changed to new bus
