Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

I booked with Mekong based on reviews. These were misleading. No air con. Windows would not open, seat layout and seat reservation not correct, and worse of all, it took 5 hours..... Disappointing

The ride was very comfortable. I loved the free water and snacks given. There was also an attendant on board which is a plus. The cross-border experience was made easy because the attendant processed everything for us.

This was my first time on Mekong Express. Very good service. I would take them again and recommend them to others.

I was surprised at the great service and punctuality! They exceeded my expectations and I would use them again every time I need to go to Phnom Penh/Saigon. It's much better than taking a flight!

Great trip Safe driver Great guide

Although we were late of more than 1 hour the driver stopped for 20 minutes to eat. En route he loaded 2 times people and stopped in different place to drop off them.

Arrive little bit later as scheduled but that was already expected as lots of roadworks on the way. Felt safe and the driver was good.
