Good experience in night bus

The location for departure stated in the booking was completely wrong (is not at Tuol Sangke ) that I have to call them and they navigate me to another far away location near the river at national road number 5 in stead. wasted time and money to find it.

The driver has used both of his mobile phones!!. This is unacceptable generally & more when you have the responsibility of safety in a mini bus. This driver should get a last warning, ME management has to be very strict, not waiting accident to react!

If there is a 2 hour delay at the border due to a passenger with a visa issue there should be 2nd bathroom break scheduled. We were on the bus for five and a half hours without access to a toilet. Not cool. Also, taking everyone’s passport is unreasonable
